By placing an order with Revival Ink, the purchaser agrees to the following terms and conditions:

All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once an order is submitted.

Production Time
We aim to complete orders within 2 weeks from the date of order, though this may vary depending on order size, stock availability, shop workload, and quality control processes. If you need a rush order or want to check the turnaround time for a specific item, please contact us directly. Production time does not include shipping duration.

Shipping
Shipping times depend on the carrier and destination. Expedited shipping applies to delivery speed only and does not affect production timelines or queue placement. Revival Ink is not responsible for delays or lost items during transit. Insured shipping options are recommended for added protection.

Rush Orders
Rush processing may be requested. Fees will vary depending on order size, print method, and current shop workload. Availability is not guaranteed.

Graphic Uploads
Designs are printed exactly as uploaded. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring proper resolution, placement, and overall quality of submitted artwork.

No Changes After Checkout
Once an order is placed, design modifications are not permitted.

Color, Print & Garment Variations
Printed colors and details may vary from digital previews due to screen settings and print method limitations. Additionally, slight variations in color, texture, weave, and finish may occur between blank garments—even within the same brand or style. These differences are considered normal and are not grounds for return or refund. Revival Ink is not responsible for such variations.

Copyright
All submitted artwork must be owned by the purchaser or properly licensed for use. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for any copyright infringement.

Promotional Use of Graphics
Unless otherwise requested in writing at the time of order, Revival Ink reserves the right to use submitted artwork and final printed products for marketing purposes, including website, social media, and promotional materials.

Print Method & Sampling
Printing results vary by method (e.g., DTG, DTF). It is strongly recommended to order a sample using the exact design and print method before placing a large or bulk order. However, even samples may not exactly match final production due to natural variation in printing conditions, materials, and equipment.

Failed Deliveries
If a shipping delivery attempt fails, the purchaser has 5 days from the failed attempt to provide an updated shipping address. Any additional shipping or handling costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If no response is received within this time frame, the order may be considered abandoned.

Unclaimed Pickup Orders
For local pickup orders, the purchaser must collect their order within 30 days of being notified that it is ready. Failure to pick up the order within this timeframe may result in the order being marked as abandoned.

Abandoned Orders
An abandoned order is any order—shipped or for pickup—that remains unclaimed or unresolved beyond the stated timelines. Once considered abandoned, Revival Ink reserves the right to dispose of, repurpose, or donate the product at its discretion. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for abandoned orders.

Customer Responsibility
The purchaser accepts full responsibility for final design approval, size selection, and order accuracy. Revival Ink is not liable for dissatisfaction resulting from artwork issues, fit, garment variations, or color representation once the item has been produced and shipped.

Third-Party Affiliations
Unless explicitly stated, designs sold by Revival Ink—whether customer-submitted or created internally—are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party companies, organizations, or institutions. References to such entities are for artistic or thematic purposes only and do not imply official endorsement or association.

Agreement to Terms
By placing an order with Revival Ink, the purchaser confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all of the above terms and conditions. Proceeding with a purchase constitutes full agreement to these terms.
