Revival Ink handcrafts and ships all orders within 1-3 days. Oftentimes, orders process faster than that, but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time. We do not ship on SAT or SUN. All items ship from Seattle, Washington. Delivery for US and Canada: orders arrive in 2-8 days by USPS standard post. Priority mail, and Express shipping options are available in checkout. * Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

Delivery to Canada on the west coast is 8 business days, east coast Canada can take up to 2 weeks. All other International orders take 1-2 weeks through standard mail. If you do not purchase insurance, or select a shipment method with tracking during checkout, we are not responsible for the loss of your package. Do this at your own risk! Revival Ink not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during importation of your package.

We email you with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Check your USPS tracking number for the status of your delivery. We insure our packages, and can submit a claim if your item was not delivered. Please CONTACT US, and we will send you a replacement. If your package shows it was delivered, but you can’t find it: Its possible it was stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. Check with your neighbors, roommates, etc. Then, contact your local post office, and give them your tracking number. They will be able to geolocate where your item was scanned to see if it was delivered to the correct address. Unfortunately, if your package status is delivered, we cannot submit an insurance claim for your order, and therefore are unable to send you a replacement. Please be diligent about shipping your order to a secure location, and make sure you fill out your address correctly during checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
Please contact us, and we will promptly send you a replacement. If it appears the item was damaged during shipping, please let us know.
Please use our size charts to prevent errors in ordering. Size charts are located near the size selection area of each item. We print on different styles of shirts that have different sizing. Please view the size chart in the product listing for each item you purchase. If you are still unsure about sizing, contact us, we’re happy to help! Most items are available in womens or mens (unisex) sizes XS- 2XL with many items going up to 5XL. Our sizes run true to size for American sizing. (They don’t run small or large) and tend to be 1-2 inches longer than average.
No worries! You can exchange it for the right size. We do not offer cash refunds. However, we do offer exchanges for different sizes, items, or store credit.

Since Revival Ink is a small business, we are not able to give cash refunds unless your item is damaged, and a replacement is not possible. We are happy to exchange your item for another size, style, or store credit. Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective. Additional non-returnable items: * Gift cards * Sale Items There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) * Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. To complete your return, we require a receipt (email is fine), or packing slip. Please include with returned item, and add a note indicating what item and size you’d like to exchange for, or if you would prefer store credit.

RETURN SHIPPING To return your product, you should mail your product to: Revival Ink 13623 8th Ave SW Burien, WA 98166. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. However, it does not cost any extra shipping for the replacement item to be sent for an exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All items are machine washable. To prolong the life of your print, wash & dry items inside out. We recommend washing in cold water to prevent shrinkage, and drying on low or medium heat. Or, hang dry. All items are pre-shrunk. However, a very hot water wash and high heat drying may cause some shrinkage, or make prints fade slightly, since we use water based inks.
We don’t do any custom art designing, or personalized shirts. However, if you would like one of our prints on a different color shirt, or on a different item in our shop, please contact us, and we are happy to do it for you.
