General Shipping:
All orders are processed through Paypal's secure shopping cart
and sever. It takes 1-3 business days for orders to be completed.
This includes the time it takes me to screen print your items, if I do not have stock in your size/color. If your item is on back-order, you will be notified immediately. Shipment of all products comes from Revival Ink located in Seattle, WA. Orders are shipped via USPS and take 7-10 business days for delivery. Revival Ink is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond the standard delivery time.
Return Policy:
Items purchased at the Fremont Market or a festival can only be exchanged at the Fremont Market, Revival Ink events, or by mail. They cannot be exchanged in stores that carry Revival Ink clothing.
If your item is defective, or you would like a different size, please return the item in its original (unworn) condition within 15 days of receipt and we’ll be happy to issue an exchange or refund. (Unfortunately shipping fees are non refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.) We suggest you ship all items through UPS or any other shipping methods with tracking capabilities. If you are using United States Postal Service, please get delivery confirmation. We can not be responsible for lost packages! Please email us using the contact information above to arrange a return or refund.

Revival Ink completely respects the privacy of its friends and customers. In no way will we be involved in the distribution of any personal information of our customers. In order for us to take online orders using PayPal, they require some personal information to process your order. We appreciate your support and thank you for your business.
