For the second year in a row Revival Ink will be at the Green Festival – San Francisco. Saturday Nov. 6th and Sunday the 7th. t’s for my man by jodireeves on Etsy is a sweet collection of tees for men. Revival Ink’s organic cotton Twisted Tree Tee was included along with many other cool indie tees for guys. One of my favorites, the Polar Bear Tee by Partybots (another Seattle company) was also featured. Go Seattle indie fashion!

Revival Ink is now 3 people strong! A few months ago, Revival Ink hired Tory Franklin as a part-time screen-printer. She has been learning very quickly, becoming an important member of the team! Tory has 9 years silkscreen experience, printing everything from circuit boards to her own artwork. Tory also works part-time at Cornish College of the Arts (the same college I graduated from) as the lab assistant for the drawing classes. She’s an amazing artist in her own right, and I’d love to share some of the things she’s been working on.

Currently, she has a public installation up in Tacoma, Washington at 906 Broadway, bay 2B across from the Pantages Theater. I have been hearing a lot from her about the evolution of this project, and it was great to see it finished.
It’s called The Firebird, and is a digital vinyl print on cut pvc, and cut tyvek.
